Oh yes - the good stuff. Dubchild offers up 4 riddims for your
consumption here, starting off with the terrifying
dancehall-meets-mental-collapse headf*ck of the "Shaolin Riddim"
complex and suitably Eastern flavoured wobblestep with a brilliantly
rude bass stretch that sounds like a malfunctioning engine revving
up into oblivion - sick stuff. "Dazzle Riddim" is up next and is
just ace - the bassline delivers the moneyshot, obviously, but
there's a bounce to the riddim that makes it sound like a cross
between dubstep and Booty - proper regressive rave business that
will just kill it played loud. The twelve ends with "WAR 4 X 4"
and if that ain't a title that sells itself, what is?

D James' anthem, some sort of darkside variation perhaps
but beyond the first couple of seconds into the title
track (and the glitch convulsions that set the scene for

than any other genre that comes to mind: a slowed down
Amen break lays foundation for all manner of rave stabs
