continuation of CUSP.
Its purpose is to promote new talents and fresh sound
to the dance scene.

the pleasure of receiving a promotional copy screamed
from the top of their lungs! The new installment of
Triple Vision Records Distribution has found its way
into many charts and prime time DJ sessions with the
aim to push the crowd over the edge of insanity!
This is not minimal, this is not just techno and
definitely not trance.., this is the bloody future,
thats what it is. Sunchase has earned his respect
with his DNB production, but is a newcomer to the
techno scene. Nevertheless his productional skills
amazed many. Dark undertones and vicious compressed
subs are laced with moving melody. These tunes will
slap you in the face once you're tripping on a long
techno session and the Pig and Dan rework will have
you bouncing off the walls. Long time since we have
heard a funked up piece of party techno like this
one!

Minilogue - Animals
Sebastian Mullaert and Marcus Henriksson aka Minilogue will release their album “Animals” on Cocoon Recordings on April 28, 2008.
Lovers of electronic music have been esteeming Minilogue for many years. In 2008 it is almost impossible to imagine club music without the two musicians from Malmö, Sweden.
Nowadays, electronic producers tend to retreat into their special stylistic niche - Minilogue dare to draw the bigger picture. After releasing outstanding productions on such renowened labels as Traum, Crosstown Rebels or Wagon Repair, there opus magnum is to appear on Sven Väth´s Cocoon Recordings. There are few producers who match Cocoon´s vision of an electronic sound both on the dancefloor and beyond the club so perfectly: “Animals” covers a wide spectrum of music , it reaches from peaktime techno to beatless deep ambient. The full range of Minilogue´s vision of electronic music is developed in a double CD, while the vinyl version naturally focuses on the dance tracks. The immediacy of the club tracks sweeps everything away that is circumstantial and long-winded in contemporary dance music. The tracks incorporate the elegance and simplicity of classical early Ninetie´s techno, the economy and lightness of the minimal sound and the sweetness and charm of the recent developments.
“Animals” is not a collection of single tracks but a journey that is supposed be listened from beginning to end, it is mixed in a seamless flow.
