They faster and they get not deleted.

This explains how to download from ifolder.ru, I just picked a random link to make screenshots.
For some reason sometimes you can downoad immediatly and sometimes you get this stuff.
You got a page like this when clikcing a link to ifolder: http://img258.imageshack.us/img258/5227/af...eelding1se7.jpg
Click the link where the arrow is pointing at.

Click one of the many links
Then you see an advertisement with in the top of the screen a counter wich counts 30 seconds after that there will be a link and it looks like this: http://img529.imageshack.us/img529/2853/af...eelding3de0.jpg
After that, you see a page where you have to enter some numbers in the box and after that press "enter"
