Finally I've got what I always wanted to get since I saw a video of her dj set on the internet: a dj mix of Chloe.
Dj and producer, Chloe is today the star of the parisian club culture.
Her first passions were for Velvet, Bowie or Eno- at 15 she learnt the guitar, imitated Nico on a 4 tracks mixer.
At 17 she discovered house music and rave parties - began mixing in 95- made her first attemps at Cafe du Tresor then at the “Mezzanine de l’Alcazar”, in Paris (she mixed the second volume of this eponymous compilation). Then came the afterhours at Batofar and her meeting with Sextoy, Jennifer and the girls at the Pulp.
The Pulp became her family, a scene of all experimentations. The small girls’ club, very open minded and demanding, which today has become a mythe, allowed her to refine her style and technique and impose her image as a discreet but implacable DJ.
Her style, a cross between german minimalism and dirty electro, reflects her eclectism, making her one of the DJs the most sought after in French clubbing.
Resident at the evenings “Guest Off”, “No Dancing Please” at the Pulp, “Panik” at the Elyse-Montmartre, she is also a regular guest at Michael Mayer’s parties in Cologne, the Gomma crew in Munich, and Ellen Alien at WMF in Berlin.
Between bookings, Chloe isolates herself in her house in the country (yes!) to develop her productions.
Her first ep “EROSOFT” launched in 2001 on the Katapult label: KARAT, had quite a lot of success in the select new born minimal house world - since: Krikor, Ark or Cabanne have also joined as well the small Katapult band, who brought a new future to French electronic music. (There is still life after the French Touch).
A hypnotic groove, removed sounds, cold/ hot. She also sings, shyly, is always playing her guitar, always searching...
Her second ep “THE FORGOTTEN ep” came out in february 2004.
The french alternative magazine wrote about her “Star dj, Chloe flirts with the words. We’ll be haunted for a long time by her schizophrenic monologue”

Born in 1981, Jonas Thor Gudmundsson, better known as Ruxpin first started producing music at the age of 14.
