Lydia - рок-группа из Аризона, Соединенные Штаты образовалась в 2003 году. Подписали контракт с лейблом HourZero, на котором выпустили свой дебютный альбом «This December; It’s One More and I’m Free» 27 сентября 2005 года. С этого времени участвовали в турне по стране, принимали участие в Zumiez Couch Tour, Vans Warped Tour и The Bamboozle festival. 18 марта 2008 года вышел их второй альбом «Illuminate» на лейбле Linc Star Records.
